A clean, smooth, and low acid coffee, and full flavored despite this! Aerobatics of Jasmine and caramel apple, balance with rich flavors of toasted malt and roasted cacao. A hint of mango and milk chocolate add complexity to the finish. From a farming cooperative (SOAC) located in the tropical hills of central Papua New Guinea. Being part of SOAC gives the farmers better access to markets and processing equipment. City+ roast (medium).
